Hello Everyone,
Just a quick update to let you all know that Outsmarted is now making it's way to every corner of the globe to be delivered to all of our backers.
Our aim is to get it to everyone in time for Christmas. It was already a monumental task in such a short time frame (2 months from the end of our Kickstarter campaign to delivery), but covid is making it incredibly difficult for even the world's largest brands to move their goods around the world in a timely fashion. Even software development is made much more difficult by the remote working conditions we have faced.
But, we are still confident that the game will reach almost everyone before December the 25th!!
The apps will be available in the app stores (and the PC version available for download from our website) sometime later this week. We will announce this as soon as it happens. (Even Google and Apple are taking three times longer than normal to approve submitted apps!)
Unfortunately, for the next 7 days we won't be answering any messages that relate to the exact date of each delivery, we are getting hundreds of messages a day asking for a specific date of delivery and I'm afraid we cannot give one.
We will also send a link to our support website by the weekend which is full of useful information ahead of the launch!

Hi Everyone,
We hope you are all well and are looking forward to the festive season in these tough times.
By now all of you should have received an email from Backerkit to finalise your pledge for Outsmarted ahead of delivery.
Thanks to everyone for completing this so quickly. so far we have just over 80% completed.
Please, if you are in the 20% of people that for whatever reason missed the email or didn't receive the email, here's what to do:

Send us a private message here on Kickstarter with your email address, or just send us a quick email with the subject "Backerkit" to [email protected]
We will then send you a direct link to Backerkit to complete your order.
How is progress on the game?
Things are still progressing as we hoped in nearly every respect and we look forward to sending you the finished game in December.
Helping us to make it even better
We hope you're all going to love the game and we welcome as much constructive feedback as possible once you have had time to play so that we can rapidly make improvements where necessary.
Specifically:
** Does it have any bugs we've missed or any performance issues on any of your devices?
** Was it straightforward to register your license key and start the app?
** What do you think of the in-game help system? Is there anything missing you would like to see?
** Was it straightforward to learn all of the rules?
** What do you think of the questions - difficulty level, time allowed, presentation, quality etc.?
** How straightforward was adding additional hand-held or tabletop devices to the host device?
** Did you try remote-play? With zoom or similar with owners, or with other game owners without video?
** Any suggestions you think would make the game or the whole experience better?
** How does it compare with the traditional counterparts you have played in the past?
Nearer the time we will create an online form / survey for those willing to provide us with their feedback.

Hi Everyone,
It has been just over two weeks since the end of our campaign and we thought now was a good time for a quick update.
We have been working hard on all aspects of the game and we are pleased to say we are still on target for December delivery.
We have made really good progress in all areas and the team working on the game has expanded!
In a couple of weeks time you will all receive a link to our pledge manager (Backerkit) to finalise shipping and add your address details.
